Terms of Service

Effective April 17, 2026

These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you” or the “User”) and AI Mastery (“AI Mastery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the AI Mastery website, curriculum, lessons, tools, and related online services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

  1. These Terms take effect when you first access or use the Service and continue to apply until terminated in accordance with Section 14.
  2. We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
  3. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

2. Definitions

  1. “Account” means the user account you create to access the Service.
  2. “Content” means all text, data, lessons, curriculum, tools, prompts, videos, images, and other materials made available by AI Mastery through the Service.
  3. “User Content” means any material you submit, upload, or store through the Service, including notes, saved prompts, progress data, and deliverables.
  4. “Track” means an access level offered by AI Mastery, including the Free Tier, Level 1, Level 2, and Bundle, as described in Section 4.
  5. “Payment Processor” means Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment provider and merchant of record.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  1. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  2. To access most features of the Service, you must create an Account. You agree to (i) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, (ii) maintain the security of your password, and (iii) accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.
  3. You may not share your Account credentials with any other person, and you may not access the Service using another user’s credentials. You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4. Access Levels and Fees

  1. The Service is offered across the following Tracks:
    • Free Tier — includes Week 1 content at no cost, subject to the expiration and deletion provisions in Section 7.
    • Level 1 (US$19) — the 30-Day AI Mastery path (Weeks 1–4).
    • Level 2 (US$24) — the AI Architect track (Weeks 0–6).
    • Bundle (US$29) — full access to both Level 1 and Level 2.
  2. Paid Tracks are sold as a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the purchased Content, subject to these Terms and any future cessation of the Service. Prices are listed in United States dollars and are exclusive of any applicable sales taxes, VAT, or similar levies, which may be added at checkout.
  3. We reserve the right to change prices, add new Tracks, or discontinue existing Tracks at any time. Any price change will apply only to purchases made after the change takes effect.

5. Payments

  1. All payments are processed by the Payment Processor, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through the Service. By completing a purchase, you authorise the Payment Processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.
  2. Your payment is subject to the Payment Processor’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. AI Mastery does not receive or store your full payment card details.
  3. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, or local tax authority.

6. Refunds

  1. Paid Tracks are covered by a twenty-four (24) hour money-back guarantee from the time of purchase. If you contact us within the 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund, with no questions asked.
  2. Requests made after the 24-hour window are not eligible for a refund. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unused access, or Content you did not view once the window has passed.
  3. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and are processed by the Payment Processor. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  4. Upon issuance of a refund, your paid access will be revoked. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Free Tier

  1. The Free Tier is provided at no charge and grants access to Week 1 Content only.
  2. Free Tier access expires automatically seven (7) days after sign-up. Upon expiration, (i) your Free Tier access to the Service is removed, and (ii) any User Content saved by you under the Free Tier — including progress, notes, and saved prompts — will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
  3. After expiration, you may sign up for a fresh Free Tier at any time, or purchase a paid Track to retain access and preserve future User Content.
  4. The Free Tier is not subject to refunds, as no payment is made.

8. License to Use the Service

  1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AI Mastery grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service and the Content for your own personal or internal professional learning.
  2. You may not, and may not permit any third party to:
    • copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute the Content in whole or in substantial part;
    • sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the Content or your access to the Service;
    • use the Service or Content to develop, train, or contribute to any competing product or service;
    • remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
    • use scrapers, bots, or any automated means to extract the Content; or
    • reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
  3. All right, title, and interest in and to the Service and the Content (including all intellectual property rights therein) are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Mastery and its licensors.

9. User Content

  1. You retain ownership of all User Content you submit to the Service.
  2. You grant AI Mastery a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit your User Content solely to the extent necessary to operate the Service, sync your User Content across devices, and provide the features you have purchased.
  3. You represent and warrant that your User Content (i) does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party, (ii) does not violate any applicable law, and (iii) does not contain malicious code or otherwise threaten the security of the Service.
  4. You are solely responsible for your User Content, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.

10. Acceptable Use

  1. You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
    • access the Service using another person’s credentials or misrepresent your identity;
    • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent any security mechanism;
    • interfere with or disrupt the Service, any servers, or any networks connected to the Service;
    • upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any other malicious code;
    • use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any person; or
    • use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose.
  2. We may investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected violation of this Section 10, including suspending or terminating your Account and reporting the activity to relevant authorities.

11. Third-Party Services and AI Outputs

  1. The Service references, integrates with, or provides instruction on third-party services, including but not limited to large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini (“Third-Party Services”). AI Mastery does not own, operate, or control any Third-Party Service.
  2. Your use of any Third-Party Service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. AI Mastery makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or pricing of any Third-Party Service.
  3. Outputs generated by artificial intelligence tools (“AI Outputs”) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unreliable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and independently validating any AI Output before relying on or acting upon it.

12. Privacy

  1. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

13. No Professional Advice

  1. The Service and the Content are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting on any information obtained through the Service.

14. Term and Termination

  1. These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service.
  2. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the Service and, if desired, requesting deletion of your Account by contacting us.
  3. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if (i) you breach these Terms, (ii) we are required to do so by law, or (iii) continued provision of the Service is no longer commercially viable.
  4. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8 (License), 9 (User Content), 15 (Disclaimers), 16 (Limitation of Liability), 17 (Indemnification), 20 (Governing Law), and 22 (Miscellaneous) — will survive termination of these Terms.

15. Disclaimers

  1. The Service and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Mastery disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
  2. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, nor do we warrant that any specific learning, career, or financial outcome will result from your use of the Service.

16. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will AI Mastery, its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not AI Mastery has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  2. The aggregate liability of AI Mastery for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to AI Mastery in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50.
  3. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

  1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Mastery, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your User Content, (iii) your misuse of the Service, or (iv) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

18. Modifications to the Service

  1. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

19. Governing Law

  1. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Mastery is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
  2. Nothing in this Section 19 affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

20. Dispute Resolution

  1. Before filing any formal claim against AI Mastery, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith. Most concerns can be resolved quickly in this manner.
  2. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and AI Mastery agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the jurisdiction identified in Section 19, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights under applicable local law.

21. Miscellaneous

  1. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Mastery regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
  2. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
  3. No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
  4. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  5. Force majeure. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, governmental action, epidemics, or failures of telecommunications or internet providers.
  6. Electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails sent to the address associated with your Account. Such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
  7. Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and AI Mastery.
  8. Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
