Refund Policy

Effective April 17, 2026

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If AI Mastery is not the right fit, we make it straightforward to get your money back.

1. 24-hour money-back guarantee

All paid purchases (Level 1, Level 2, and Bundle) are covered by a 24-hour money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Reach us via the support channel linked from your account, or by replying to the purchase confirmation email you received. Please include:

  • The email address associated with your account;
  • The approximate time of your purchase.

That is all we need. We do not require you to provide a reason, though feedback is always appreciated.

3. Refund processing

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner and merchant of record. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. After the 24-hour window

Requests made after the 24-hour window are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused access, or content not yet viewed once the window has passed.

5. What happens to your account

If a refund is issued, your paid access will be revoked. Progress, notes, prompts, and other material you saved against the paid tracks will no longer be accessible from those tracks.

6. Free tier

The free tier (Week 1) requires no payment and is therefore not subject to refunds. Free-tier access expires automatically 7 days after sign-up, at which point access is removed and any material you saved under the free tier (progress, notes, prompts) is deleted. You are welcome to sign up again for a fresh free tier at any time, or upgrade to a paid track to retain access.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond to all refund requests promptly, and resolving the matter directly is faster for both parties.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
